Ordering

All Emergency Orders must be placed by telephone to ensure the best response time. Due to the unpredictable nature of incidents, our phone lines are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and our employees are always on call.

Please have the delivery address, incident number, a contact name, number and email address, and the agency's billing code ready to provide MASSH when ordering. MASSH will send out an order of receipt either by text or email that will confirm the agencies name, a description of goods and/or related products purchased, a purchase order number and vendor number, and the total cost of the order.

Delivery

MASSH will ship anywhere in the country. All MASSH Inc. products are delivered in refrigerated vehicles.  Delivery distance is measured round trip. Delivery charge vary according to distance, weight and time requirements.
