Hot Dinner Menu

These hardy and nutritious meals are sure to satisfy any hungry firefighter. Pre-packaged hot meals are ideal for smaller incidents where a base camp is not onsite. 

All hot meals are packaged in resealable containers for convenience. Dinners are in insulated boxes to ensure meals maintain their proper temperature. 

Dinners include: fork, knife, spoon, napkins, handy wipes, and condiments.

Meat Lasagna, Italian bread roll, peas and carrots, garden salad with balsamic vinaigrette, carrots, croutons and parmesan cheese, and white chocolate raspberry cheesecake.

Chicken Cordon Bleu, Mashed Potatoes, vegetable medley, black bread roll, green salad with sliced onions, cherry tomatoes, croutons, and Ranch dressing, and chocolate mousse cake. 

Pesto Salmon fillet with Rice pilaf, sweet cut corn, buttermilk roll, spring salad with sliced onions, cherry tomatoes, sunflower seeds, dried cranberries and Italian dressing and carrot cake. 

Swedish Meatballs with Egg Noodles, sweet corn and peas, whole wheat roll, spring salad with cherry tomatoes, sunflower seeds, craisins, and Bleu cheese dressing, and strawberry cheesecake.
